The way a file runs

Both of us, from the first visit to the keys.

Team GK is a partnership. Guri and Kul share the appraisal, the campaign, the open homes and the negotiation. You always know who has the file, because both of them do.

  1. 01

    A proper conversation

We meet at the property or at the Papatoetoe office. You tell us the timing, the result you need, and anything that is not negotiable. The appraisal is free. A signboard goes up only when you ask for one.

  2. 02

    Price and method, explained

Auction, negotiation, or a price the market can see. We put recent sales next to your home, including homes we have sold ourselves, and we recommend one method. You choose.

  3. 03

The home, ready to be seen

We walk through what to repair, what to leave alone, and how the photos should feel. The campaign runs through Barfoot & Thompson, with the listing on barfoot.co.nz, Trade Me and realestate.co.nz.

  4. 04

Open homes, with both of us there

Buyers get a straight answer at the door. Afterwards you get a report: who came through, what they said, and whether the campaign needs a change.

  5. 05

    Negotiation on one shared file

Offers come to both of us. We set out the price, the conditions and the risk in plain language. We negotiate. You instruct.

  6. 06

    From contract to keys

Finance dates, building reports, the LIM, the deposit and settlement day. We stay in the thread with your lawyer until the keys change hands.

Start with an appraisal.

Tell us the address and when you want to move. We will come and see the place, talk about the likely buyer, and leave you with a clear recommendation. No campaign starts until you say so.
